Touch screen, a display touch device that includes an LCD screen and a touch screen, is widely used in human-computer interaction applications. In recent years, with everyone's habit of using mobile phones, more and more intelligent products use touch screens as display touch devices. Do you know how the display screen and touch screen fit together? Today, I mainly share with you about the full fit of touch screen fitting process.
At present, full fit is the most widely used fit method for LCD display and touch. The advantage of this method is that it fits perfectly, is not easy to get dust, and the display effect is more than other fit methods. Therefore, there are many full fit touch displays on the market at present. Let's take a look at the full fit process introduction.
In making LCD display screen and touch, we mainly use OCA glue for full bonding. It is a special adhesive used for bonding transparent optical elements (such as lenses). It is colorless and transparent, with a light transmittance of more than 90%, good bonding strength, can be cured at room temperature or medium temperature, and has small curing shrinkage and other characteristics.
The feature of OCA adhesive full bonding is that each new product needs to be molded, and the cost of full bonding is relatively high. However, due to the mechanical bonding, the precision is high, the thickness is uniform, and there is no glue overflow, and the temperature is relatively good. Its disadvantages are complex process, low yield, difficult rework, high equipment investment cost, high maintenance cost, and higher requirements for workshop production environment.
The fully fitted touch screen display has good display effect and high stability, but the price is slightly more expensive than other fitting methods. Do you understand this fitting method?
